(AEDL), collective entity no. 507027140, with registered address at Rua Filipe Folque, Nº 2, 8º, 1050-113 Lisbon, is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data and may, within the scope of its activity, use subcontracted entities to pursue the purposes indicated herein.

What is personal data?

As the holder of personal data transmitted to us, you have the right to request AEDL at any time and free of charge:

  • the rectification of your personal data;

  • the deletion of your personal data;

  • the limitation of the processing of your personal data;

  • to stop the processing of your personal data;

  • the portability of your personal data to a third party entity indicated by you.

You may exercise your rights free of charge, except in the case of a manifestly unfounded or excessive request, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged in view of the costs generated by your request. We will respond to your requests within a maximum of 30 days, except in cases of more complex requests.

How long will your data be kept?

The period for which data is stored and conserved varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed. Whenever there is no specific legal requirement, the data will be stored and kept only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated their collection or their subsequent processing, after which they will be deleted.

Is your data secure?

AEDL is committed to ensuring the protection of the security of your data. To this end, it has adopted various security measures, of a technical and organisational nature, in order to protect the personal data you provide us against disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised processing or access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing.

AEDL requires its subcontractors and partners to adopt security measures equivalent to those practiced by AEDL. Notwithstanding the security measures taken by AEDL, the user shall adopt additional security measures, namely: ensure that you use equipment and a browser updated in terms of security, properly configured, with an active firewall, antivirus and antispyware, and ensure the authenticity of the websites you visit on the internet, avoiding websites whose reputation you do not trust.

Data Transfer

In the event that data transfers may occur to third countries that do not belong to the European Union or the European Economic Area, AEDL will comply with the law, particularly with regard to the suitability of the destination country with regard to the protection of personal data and the requirements that are applicable to said transfers, and personal data will not be transferred to jurisdictions that do not offer guarantees of security and protection.
